Google, Hermès, Disney, Mars… SKEMA alumni take on new leadership roles

Google, Hermès, The Walt Disney Company, Nestlé and Mars: eight SKEMA alumni have recently taken on new responsibilities within major international groups.

After 30 years in the automotive industry, Sylvain Barthélemy (SKEMA 1995) joins EY as Group Client Service Partner. Boubou Guiro (SKEMA 2003) has been appointed Vice President, Product Management at The Walt Disney Company.

At Hermès, Aude Falcinelli (SKEMA 2014) becomes Director of HR Development for Retail France. Having joined the house 12 years ago, she has built her entire HR career there.

In San Francisco, Alexandra Whitaker (SKEMA 2012) has been promoted to Global Marketing Lead – Measurement at Google. After more than 15 years with the group, she now leads global work on marketing performance measurement and advertising strategy optimisation.

Emmanuel Petit (SKEMA 2006) becomes Chief Financial Officer for Nestlé Nordics. He oversees a scope worth more than USD 900 million, covering Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Capucine Bignot (SKEMA 2008) has been promoted to Flagship Director at Piaget. Following a career in luxury watchmaking and jewellery at Repossi and then at the Swiss maison, where she previously served as Sales Director, she now takes charge of one of the brand’s flagship stores.

Grégory Sanson (SKEMA 1993) takes up the position of Group General Secretary & Family Office Officer at Bonduelle.

Finally, Olivier Vernier (SKEMA 1989) becomes Chief Operating Officer for Mars Snacking Europe. As part of Kellanova’s integration, he leads the company’s operations across the region and supports this strategic process at European level.
