SKEMA Business School forms partnership with Square Management
Are you a final-year student aiming for a career in consulting? A new partnership between SKEMA Business School and Square Management, a European strategy consulting firm, offers tangible prospects for recruitment, professional networking and support as you transition into the world of work.
Founded in 2008, Square Management is now a group made up of nine consulting firms based in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. The group brings together around 900 professionals across ten key areas of expertise: artificial intelligence and data, digital marketing, innovation, organisation and performance, change management, payments, regulatory compliance, risk management, finance, supply chain and sustainability.
Initiatives for SKEMA students
The partnership, signed on 3 April 2025, sets out a number of initiatives aimed particularly at final-year students. Square Management will take part in key events organised by SKEMA Talent & Careers, including the Audit & Consulting Day and the Career Fair, held on the Grand Paris campus, as well as Digital Consulting Week on the same site. The firm will also contribute to Master of Science (MSc) programmes, particularly in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Sophia Antipolis, and will run a workshop on salary negotiation within the data management and audit tracks.
Promoting career opportunities
As part of the collaboration, SKEMA will actively promote the career opportunities offered by Square Management through its Talent & Careers platform, LinkedIn account, and enhanced visibility on JobTeaser. The firm will also have access to SKEMA’s CV database.
