SKEMA Business School launches its first three-year Bachelor’s degree
SKEMA Business School marks a major milestone in its development with the launch, for the first time in its history, of a three-year Bachelor’s degree (bac+3 equivalent). Available through Parcoursup since 19 January 2026, the official opening date of the national platform, the Bachelor in AI & Management signals SKEMA’s entry into the three-year post-baccalaureate market in Paris, Sophia Antipolis and Dubai, with a clear focus on employability and the transformation of professions.
Rolling out from September 2026, the programme, accredited by the French state for the maximum period of five years (with the ministerial decree due for publication in February), aims to train hybrid profiles able to master the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and apply them to business and sector-specific challenges.
A structuring post-baccalaureate Bachelor for SKEMA
With this new programme, SKEMA Business School broadens its academic portfolio and responds to growing expectations among students and families: access, straight after secondary school, to a recognised, professionally oriented and secure qualification, designed first and foremost to lead to rapid entry into the labour market.
From its first intake, the Bachelor in AI & Management will welcome 80 students across the four planned specialisation tracks.
A strong academic core, focused on careers
The programme is built on a structured balance between data and AI technologies (60% of teaching) and management and business sciences (40%).
The first year lays the foundations: statistics, an introduction to Python, data analysis, machine learning, marketing, management, design culture and soft skills. From the second year onwards, the course takes on a stronger professional dimension, with work-study schemes in France and alternating internships on the Dubai campus.
Four specialisation tracks
- AI & Human Resources: Paris
- AI & Digital Design: Paris
- AI & Luxury: Sophia Antipolis
- AI & Business Development: Dubai (taught entirely in English)
A programme designed for action and employability
Open to students with no compulsory prior background in computing, the Bachelor in AI & Management is the first programme launched under SKEMA’s School of Professional Studies. It reflects the mission of this new school: to train professionals ready for the workplace, in direct connection with the needs of companies.
“With the Bachelor in AI & Management, SKEMA has chosen to enter the three-year Bachelor’s market with a demanding, recognised and professionally oriented programme, whose purpose is to guide young people into employment,” explains Christophe Germain, Director of the Bachelor in AI & Management and Vice-Dean in charge of thematic schools at SKEMA Business School.
“This Bachelor illustrates our determination to offer clear, recognised programmes that connect directly with the needs of society and business,” adds Alice Guilhon, Dean and Executive President of SKEMA Business School.
