SKEMA Business School moves up to 6th place in the 2025 ChangeNOW - Les Echos ranking
In the 2025 edition of the ChangeNOW - Les Echos ranking, which assesses the commitment of 27 leading business schools to ecological and social transition, SKEMA Business School climbs to 6th place, gaining two positions compared with 2024.
Assessment themes aligned with schools’ priorities
Six main areas make up the ranking: teaching, employability, academic excellence, diversity and inclusion, alumni impact, and student involvement. On these criteria, SKEMA places three of them in the Top 5.
An alumni network leading the way on impact
SKEMA ranks 1st on the “alumni network” criterion. Its graduates are among the most actively engaged in impact-driven careers.
Teaching: a leap of six places
With a 4th place for teaching, SKEMA progresses by six positions in one year thanks to the growth of its programmes and its mission-driven Chairs and research centres, which integrate transition topics.
Employability: concrete initiatives
The school secures a robust 5th place in employability. Its incubators support numerous start-up projects focused on ecological and societal transition, strengthening the career prospects of its graduates.
A momentum driven by a coherent strategy
Launched in 2022, the “SKEMA Transitions” initiative and the 3D Plan (Diversity, Decarbonisation, Digital for Good) now permeate all areas of the school. This plan aims to train future professionals capable of guiding organisations towards sustainable pathways.
A recognition that confirms SKEMA’s rising momentum
SKEMA’s 6th-place ranking confirms its status as a key player in responsible education, successfully combining academic excellence, pedagogical innovation, and tangible impact. “This strong progression rewards the daily commitment of our entire community: students, staff, faculty and alumni who work together to make transitions a true engine for the future. Through SKEMA Transitions, we seek to give everyone both the desire and the means to take action, with optimism and high standards, to build positive and lasting impact,” said Isabelle Jauny, Director of SKEMA Transitions.
