At a time when higher education institutions are called upon to rethink their role in a constantly changing world, SKEMA Business School is unveiling the fourth strategic plan in its history: UNVEIL. Covering the period 2025-2030, the plan sets a clear ambition: to reveal talent, unlock the potential of new generations and build a global education platform across six continents. Behind this project lies a vision: to train professionals capable of inventing sustainable organisations in a context where AI, environmental transitions and geopolitical challenges are central to the concerns of younger generations.

This new strategy is structured around four founding pillars: SEEK, COMMIT, BUILD and GROW. Interconnected, they form a virtuous cycle driving a process of “revelation”.

  • The first pillar, SEEK, calls for a profound renewal of teaching methods and reinvents learning in the age of AI. Students will have access to AI-enhanced CVs, visible to recruiters through a dedicated matching platform. The 2030 objectives are clear: to equip 100% of students with an augmented CV, to train all students, professors and staff in the strategic uses of AI according to SKEMA’s doctrine Learn, Teach, Search, Work in the age of AI, and to recruit 50 professors committed to interdisciplinarity.

  • COMMIT reflects SKEMA’s determination to strengthen its societal engagement. Through the “Move for Good” initiatives, each mobility experience will carry an impact dimension. The school is also launching AI for Accelerating Impact, a support programme for 150 start-ups by 2030, and creating a Global Impact Observatory to measure the tangible outcomes of projects driven by the community, including “Move for Good” and faculty research across all campuses.

We want to reveal talent, unlock the potential of each individual, and equip our communities to invent sustainable futures.”

  • With BUILD, SKEMA will invest €150 million in its campuses to transform them into genuine “Great Places to Work and Study”. A global higher education platform, developed from Montreal and the AI Innovation Centre, will unify the learning experience and expand access to services worldwide.

  • GROW underlines the school’s international ambition. Following the opening of a Dubai campus in 2025, two new campuses will be launched in India and Australia by 2030. SKEMA will also establish a School of Professional Studies, inspired by leading US universities, offering degree-awarding programmes (Bachelor +3), professional certifications, and online courses. These programmes are designed both for students seeking rapid and successful entry into the workforce, and for professionals wishing to reshape their careers and open new perspectives.

A clear trajectory to 2030

Within five years, SKEMA will host 16,000 students across 12 campuses in 9 countries. The permanent faculty will grow to 250 academics, and €10 million in scholarships will be allocated. In total, €180 million will be invested in campuses and the technological platform. “Unveil is a plan of transformation. It embodies our deep conviction that education must go far beyond the transmission of knowledge. We want to reveal talent, unlock the potential of each individual, and equip our communities to invent sustainable futures,” Alice Guilhon, Dean and Executive President of SKEMA Business School.
