Artificial intelligence is already reshaping how we learn, create and work within organisations. Tomorrow, it will be part of your first job. But what will working alongside AI actually look like? And which human skills will remain decisive? Take part in the Talents Barometer survey and share your perspective.
With the SKEMA x EY Talents Barometer, students and recent graduates are invited to have their say. In just ten minutes, you can outline your vision of the future of work by answering questions such as:
- In which situations would you use AI?
- Do you expect training in these tools from the moment you join a company?
- What are your expectations of future employers?
By taking part in this survey, you help shape HR policies, managerial practices and corporate training frameworks. Your doubts, ambitions and priorities matter in building working environments aligned with your generation.
