The Choiseul Institute has just published its Choiseul 100 Hauts-de-France 2025, an annual ranking of 100 young economic leaders under 40 set to play a key role in shaping the regional economy. This year, three graduates of SKEMA Business School are among those selected.

Organised by the Choiseul Institute, a leading think tank focused on economic strategy, the Choiseul 100 Hauts-de-France identifies the most influential under-40 leaders driving transformation across key sectors such as industry, services, innovation and sustainable development. Each laureate is recognised for their trajectory, potential and regional impact.

  • Charles Christory (SKEMA 2008), co-founder and CEO of Le Fourgon, is recognised for his commitment to sustainable consumption. Based in Lille, the company was founded in 2021 and delivers returnable packaged goods to homes and offices. Every month, over one million containers are collected, cleaned and reused—contributing to a nationwide circular logistics model.

  • Gauthier Bailleul (SKEMA 2008), founder and CEO of Hippolyte, is reshaping recruitment with a 100% social-first approach. Operating from Amiens, his platform helps companies identify and qualify talent directly via social media. The service boosts employer branding, streamlines candidate pre-selection, and enhances HR processes.

  • Stéphanie Baron (SKEMA 2011) leads Baron Groupe, a family-owned business based in Calais that designs bespoke industrial machinery and production lines. With 420 employees, the group operates in aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals and luxury goods. Under her leadership, the company is accelerating its investments in engineering and automation to support industrial innovation in the Hauts-de-France region.
