Two SKEMA alumnae named in Forbes France's list of the 40 women shaping 2025
Forbes France has unveiled its annual ranking of 40 women who are shaping the year 2025 — a list celebrating the bold paths of leaders, entrepreneurs, artists and scientists whose influence extends far beyond their field. Among them are two alumnae of SKEMA Business School: Pauline Lahary (SKEMA 2012) and Sandra Verger (SKEMA 2013).
After studying in France, Raleigh (USA) and Suzhou, Pauline Lahary launched MyCVFactory in 2015 with a clear vision: to help people land their dream job through powerful CVs and personalised career advice. Nine years on, the platform has supported thousands of applicants, led to new opportunities and inspired tailor-made professional journeys.
In 2025, MyCVFactory was acquired by Interaction, a leading recruitment and HR services group, where Pauline now serves as brand director.
Sandra Verger began her career in luxury hospitality, holding various senior roles in prestigious Parisian hotels. This demanding, international experience shaped her strong service ethos and leadership mindset — tools she now shares with other women navigating career transitions. She is the founder of La Locomotive Académie, a learning space dedicated to empowering women to reinvent themselves and take the leap into entrepreneurship. She also created the hit podcast Les Locomotives, with over two million listens, which explores stories of professional reinvention. In her message, she dedicates this recognition to “all those moving forward with courage, purpose and the will to pass it on.”
