What I appreciated most about the MSc PMBD programme was its emphasis on soft skills alongside its blend of theoretical and practical frameworks. This approach equipped me with the essentials needed to enhance my leadership abilities, particularly in managing projects involving around 20 different nationalities. This specific aspect underscored the critical importance of managing diverse cultures in today’s globalized business environment, which further inspired my research focus in my master’s thesis. Overall, my year at SKEMA Lille has been incredibly fulfilling, significantly contributing to my knowledge and skills, and aligning perfectly with my future goals.
