SKEMA stands out because of its multicultural environment. Today’s globalised world demands professionals who are emotionally intelligent, and multiculturally competent.   The BBA programme prepared me to face the international business world as it challenged me to get out of my comfort zone and meet people with different backgrounds, traditions, and beliefs, and despite all these differences, I was able to find two things in common: an open mindset and the willingness to succeed in today’s business world.   I built everlasting relationships with students from all around the globe, and grew, not only as a professional but also as a person. I am now able to negotiate with people from different countries while understanding their needs and adapting to their cultures. SKEMA also allowed me to continue developing my language competencies as I not only improved my English and French skills, but also started learning a fourth language.  I would definitely encourage anyone who is genuinely interested in building an international career, to pursue his/her studies at this school.
