Prior to enrolling in the Research in Management and Innovation programme at Université Côte d'Azur and SKEMA Business School, I failed to secure a doctoral scholarship from several universities and institutions in France. Yet I now can happily and proudly say that I would have missed every opportunity to obtain a Ph.D. scholarship if I had not joined the RMI programme.
