This MSc has been a great opportunity to develop my skills in a practical and international environment. HR professionals taught the courses by mixing theory and practice at a corporate level. Professional contributors from a variety of industries (IT, consumer goods, banking, etc.) and researchers in HR have given relevant and dynamic input to courses. Throughout, the emphasis has been on the real-world application of knowledge. The master covered all HR fields and we were able to put all of them in practice while learning the theory in order to prepare us for our careers. Working on team projects, we have developed our communication and negotiation skills significantly. This was also a great opportunity to share different backgrounds and cultures due to the international and diverse mix of students on the MSc. After the master and thanks to SKEMA’s Career Centre, I got an internship as an HR generalist in an Indian b2b company in Mumbai that manufactures electronic components for firms like Siemens, Bosch, Areva ... I'll be taking care of three plants and their staff.
