Class of 2018-19 "My year on this MSc has allowed me to develop advanced communication and analytical skills. I have grown personally and professionally, with not only the set of challenges that I learned of the luxury industry, but also the set of challenges that I faced while adjusting to an entirely new way of life and living.  I’ve always had a passion for communicating. This MSc really allowed me to break barriers in networking and to advance my own interviewing skills. I have learned valuable strategies and skills that I am certain will serve as the blueprint for my future entrepreneurial endeavours.  I am currently a front desk agent with the Ballantyne, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I am immersed in the world of luxury, applying the things that I have been taught, in order to enhance guest experiences. There is no doubt in my mind, that the connections made along with the teaching and study tours, that the MSc Global Luxury and Management will continue to have everlasting impacts on my life.
