The “RMI” master's programme was an enriching journey for me, allowing me to enlarge my horizons and scope in Management literature. In addition, it provided me with in-depth knowledge of academic research methodologies and techniques, stressing rigor. The professors' expertise and supervision were invaluable in the accomplishment of my personal objectives and the acquisition of key skills in academic research in Management. Overall, the programme and the supportive environment allowed me to develop a research proposal that yielded a Ph.D. scholarship from UniCA to start my adventure in research and academia.
