With over 19 years’ experience, Serge Chamelian has co-founded and is a managing partner of H-Hotelier, which provides consultancy services on software integration, distribution, and revenue management in the tourism sector. Before that he was in charge of the consulting department at Amadeus France, the leading technology provider for the tourism industry. Serge is a sought-after speaker and frequently authors articles in trade journals on revenue management and digital strategies for the hospitality sector. Serge holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a PhD in distribution management from the University of Surrey, UK.
