"Joining SKEMA was one of the most defining decisions of my academic journey. Over the past four years, I found much more than a business school: I discovered an environment that helped me grow, build confidence, and gradually shape my career aspirations.

My first two years on the Lille campus gave me a strong academic foundation, particularly in corporate finance, thanks to passionate and demanding professors. They also inspired me to get fully involved in campus life. For two years, I had the pleasure of serving as a SKEMA Student Ambassador while also acting as Events Manager for the SKEMA Motors Club. Later, as a manager within the Admissions Ambassadors Team, I developed valuable leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.

My exchange year at Nanjing Audit University will always be one of the highlights of my time at SKEMA. Discovering a new culture, living on the other side of the world, and sharing everyday life with Chinese students helped me grow both personally and academically. That experience, combined with my final year on the Sophia Antipolis campus, where I launched a startup with an Indian friend from SKEMA, confirmed my ambition to pursue a career in the financial markets.

Looking back, I realize that the greatest lesson SKEMA taught me was to step outside my comfort zone: to study abroad, get involved, take on leadership roles, believe in my ambitions, and develop effective learning skills. That mindset has led me to my current internship at Société Générale in Market Risk Management, the first step in a career path that has gradually taken shape throughout my four years at SKEMA."
