Vinaya Pai

Vinaya.pai@skema.edu  Vinaya is pursuing her PhD in Strategic Management focusing on management of intellectual capital impacting employee mobility. Her research focuses on how human and relational capital could have differential impacts for employee mobility and mobility choices.   Prior to joining her PhD, she acquired vast experience working with international non-profit, and government agencies in India, Australia, and the U.K.  She holds a Master’s in Social Work from India, followed by Master's degree in Social Science Research from the University of Bristol (U.K.), and a Master's degree in Research in Innovation Management jointly offered by SKEMA Business School and Université Côte d’Azur.???  ??  Research interests: intellectual capital, human and relational capital, employee mobility, strategic management  ?
