Class of 2020-21   "I come from China and now I'm working as an HR intern in the Department of Talent Acquisition of  Schneider Electric in Beijing, China.   The knowledge I have acquired at SKEMA has been extremely helpful and useful for work. Especially useful was what we learned about AI and digital transformation for human resources, humanised management and diverse working environment - all elements that Schneider Electric currently depends on.   What we have learned on the MSc is closely in line with what companies need.   What is more, I have become more confident than before and have developed the ability to think independently. Before coming to SKEMA, I was afraid to express my own opinion during classes and always followed others’ thoughts. Thanks to professors, I have felt encouraged and empowered to share my opinions.
