Sophia Antipolis, an exceptional technology park situated between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, is home to several higher education institutes and universities that have created a vibrant student community of over 5,000 students.

SKEMA Business School assists its current and future students in searching for accommodation via the Studapart online Housing Platform where various offers are posted. That platform is one of the key resources for accommodation search.

Information about accommodation in the Sophia Antipolis area is also available on:

  • YEP (Your Education Portal) for current students;
  • The official Facebook group, SKEMA Housing.

University residences

Students who would like to live in a university residence in the Sophia Antipolis area can make a request a few months before the start of the school year. The details are mentioned below. You can also refer to our housing brochure for more ino.

Please note that students may need to have a guarantor – a person or an organisation that will guarantee the payment of the rent and bills in case of default on your part. Their financial resources must correspond to at least three times the amount of the rent.
