Bureau des Arts de SKEMA Lille
“Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.” – Pablo Picasso

Overview
The SKEMA BS Arts Bureau (BDA) aims to promote art and culture among SKEMA students as well as the wider student community in Lille. It offers Skémiens the opportunity to discover a variety of artistic and cultural events, notably by taking part in the Dunkirk Carnival and the Trophée des Arts. The BDA is also a key player in student cultural life, organizing large-scale events such as Student Got Talent.

Keys events
The SKEMA Business School Arts Bureau (BDA) brings the year to life with key events that combine tradition, competition, and artistic creation.
Our first major event is the "Sk’arnaval de Dunkerque", a festive immersion into Dunkirk’s traditions, allowing some students to take part in the celebrations, which usually take place between January and April.
The BDA also participates in the "Trophée des Arts", the largest student arts competition in Europe, organized by TBS. Over four days in Lloret de Mar, Spain, a delegation of Skémiens, made up of talented performers and dedicated supporters, represents the school in various artistic challenges against students from other business schools.
On campus, the Arts Bureau organizes events that highlight culture and artistic expression. The "Rap Contenders"provide a stage for rap and improvisation enthusiasts, while the "Semaine de l’Art" (Arts Week) showcases artistic diversity in collaboration with other student arts associations at the school (Broad’Lille, Septième Art, Métamorphose, Skip The Beat, and SoNord).
The BDA also co-organizes the "Students’ Got Talent" competition with Broad’Lille, bringing together students from across the Lille metropolitan area for an unforgettable evening at the Théâtre Sébastopol.
Finally, the Arts Bureau ends the year in style with the "Gala d’Hiver", an elegant and prestigious evening that stands as a highlight of student life.
