Overview
A leadership that values complementarity
The first step in convincing yourself to embark on the transformation is to feel legitimate. To do this, this course is based on the work of Professor Michel Ferrary (see biography below), who uses figures to demonstrate the link between gender diversity and performance, and the importance of increasing the diversity of teams within organisations.
To help you kick-start your transformation, we offer you operational tools as well as a collective coaching approach to meet your short-, medium- and long-term challenges.
Our peer-to-peer learning approach will enable you to forge links with other participants in the programme and strengthen your professional network.
The pillars of our teaching approach are role-playing, collective intelligence and coaching.

Practical details
This course represents the equivalent of 4 days of learner time and is accessible in blended format. It consists of e-learning (1.5 hours), a masterclass (1.5 hours), face-to-face workshops (3 days) and virtual classes led by experts in the field.

Onboarding
An initial session to meet your certified coach-trainer, discover the structure of the Women Impact Certificate, and take ownership of the personal workbook that will guide you throughout the programme.
This session sets the conditions for full, confident engagement in your development journey.

You complete your DISC assessment, a recognised tool for personal and professional development that helps you understand your communication style, motivations, and behavioural preferences within a team.

During a one-to-one session with your certified coach-trainer, you explore your DISC results, identify your strengths and areas for attention, and determine key levers for progression.
This reflective moment provides a solid foundation to guide your transformation and maximise your impact. -
An immersive digital learning journey to acquire the fundamentals of leadership, influential communication, and gender balance issues.
This module allows you to progress at your own pace and prepare for the collective sessions by strengthening your core knowledge. -
Led by Michel Ferrary, Professor and Researcher at SKEMA Business School, this masterclass highlights the relationship between gender balance and organisational performance, drawing on the 2025 Study of the Observatory on the Feminisation of Companies.
You will understand why gender diversity is a genuine performance driver and how quotas play a decisive role in accelerating change. -
Two days of collective learning to build self-confidence, affirm your positioning, and cultivate an authentic and effective leadership style.
Through discussions and role-play exercises, you refine your communication approach and learn to express your ideas with clarity and confidence. -
Two individual coaching sessions to deepen your personal challenges, turn your learning into tangible levers, and embed new practices.
Guided by an experienced coach, you refine your leadership posture and define your personal impact plan. -
This final day enables you to review the actions you have undertaken and identify the influence dynamics specific to your organisation.
You strengthen your political capital (networks, alliances, visibility) and develop a structured action plan to support the next steps of your trajectory.
You also join a committed peer community that will continue to support your development over time.
Prerequisites
The certification is open to managers or future managers with around 10 years of professional experience.
