Overview

The Women Impact Certificate is designed for women who wish to strengthen their legitimacy, assert their positioning and enhance their capacity to act in demanding professional environments.

Over three days, the programme provides practical insight into gender bias and the link between gender diversity and performance, while also helping you gain a deeper understanding of your own behavioural style through the DISC questionnaire. This combination of reflection, self-awareness and work on professional situations enables you to strengthen your leadership stance in a structured way.

Programme Structure

Onboarding

An introductory session to meet your certified coach-facilitator, discover the structure of the programme and prepare for your learning journey.

  • You complete your DISC©® questionnaire to better understand your communication style, motivations and ways of interacting within a team.

    DISC test

A key component of the Women Impact programme, the Arc En Ciel DISC©® method provides a structured four-step approach to developing self-awareness, adaptability and managerial effectiveness.

    Format and process:

    • Online DISC assessment (15 to 20 minutes)
    • 79 cross-referenced questions for an in-depth profile analysis
    • Strictly confidential results
    • Personalised report provided
  • During a one-to-one session with your certified coach-facilitator, you explore your DISC results, identify your strengths, your watch-out points and your key development levers. This reflective session provides a solid foundation for shaping your development journey and maximising your impact.

  • An immersive digital learning pathway designed to provide the fundamentals of leadership, influential communication and gender diversity challenges.

This module allows you to progress at your own pace and prepare for the collective sessions by consolidating core concepts.

  • Led by Michel Ferrary, Affiliate Professor and Director of the Observatory on Gender Balance in Companies at SKEMA Business School, this masterclass highlights the relationship between gender diversity and organisational performance.

It helps participants understand why diversity is a strategic lever and identify practical ways to move these issues forward within their organisations.

  • Two days of collective work designed to strengthen self-confidence, assert your positioning and consolidate an authentic and impactful leadership stance.

Through discussion and practical exercises, you refine the way you communicate and learn to express your views with clarity and confidence.

  • Two individual coaching sessions to explore your personal challenges in greater depth, translate your learning into concrete levers for action and embed new practices over time.

Guided by an experienced coach, you refine your leadership stance and define your personal action plan.

  • This concluding day enables you to review the actions you have initiated and identify the influence dynamics at work within your organisation.

You strengthen your political capital (networks, alliances and visibility) and develop a structured action plan for the next stage of your professional journey.

You also join a community of committed peers who can support your development over time.
