Global Youth Observatory: Youth Talks
Youth Talks, led by the Higher Education for Good Foundation and SKEMA Business School, amplifies the voices of young people worldwide. This initiative seeks to understand their aspirations and rethink higher education for a sustainable future.
Current higher education systems are no longer sufficient to prepare youth for today’s challenges. To address this reality, the Higher Education for Good Foundation wishes to fundamentally rethink these models. But before any transformation can take place, it is essential to give young people around the world a voice, understand their expectations, the obstacles they face, and the ways in which education can help them overcome these challenges.

Youth Talks: When young people imagine the education of the future
SKEMA Business School, as a co-founder of the Higher Education for Good Foundation, is launching its first initiative: Youth Talks, an international observatory focused on young people.
This global consultation invites young people aged 15 to 29 to share their aspirations, challenges, and ideas for building a sustainable future designed by and for youth.
Youth Talks provides a platform for collective reflection, helping to better understand the expectations and ambitions of a diverse generation and to envision necessary changes in higher education.
The goal is to create a dynamic map of the needs, commonalities, differences, and emerging trends among young people worldwide. This open-access database will support the Foundation in designing educational models that foster autonomy and promote values for inclusive and sustainable societies, extending beyond professional skill development.
