Four months after joining Microsoft’s GenAI Studio, a selective programme supporting promising generative AI start-ups, Humind has won the award for the greatest transformation in agentic AI at the Demo Day organised by Microsoft France.

Founded by Alexis Hespelle and Dan Castiel, both SKEMA 2025 graduates from the Master in Management (PGE) and the MSc Entrepreneurship & Innovation, the start-up also took part in the Berkeley-based component of their entrepreneurial specialisation.

At Microsoft’s GenAI Studio Demo Day, Humind had to show that its solution had reached a new level of maturity. Mission accomplished. After four months of support within the programme, the start-up presented its progress to Microsoft France, ENGIE and a panel of investors. The two entrepreneurs came away with the award for the greatest transformation in agentic AI.

“We had the opportunity to pitch our solution and the progress we had made over the past four months to Microsoft, ENGIE and a panel of investors,” said Alexis Hespelle, co-founder of Humind. “We won the award for the greatest transformation in agentic AI. This recognises the quality and maturity of our solution.”

Helping e-commerce brands improve the customer journey

Agentic AI refers to a new generation of artificial intelligence that does more than respond to a request. It can understand a need, identify the steps required, mobilise tools or data, and carry out a task.

For Humind, this approach lies at the heart of its solution. The start-up develops AI agents integrated into e-commerce websites. These agents are designed to guide visitors, understand their expectations and help brands improve both the customer experience and conversion rates.
