Daring to think outside the box, trusting your instincts, and turning well-being into a driver of performance – this is the bold vision of Sara Cohen. A SKEMA Business School graduate, she left the security of employment to embark on an entrepreneurial journey. Now at the helm of a rapidly growing start-up incubated by SKEMA Entrepreneurs, she is revolutionising workplace well-being through innovation and a human-centred approach.

Can you tell us about your journey and what led you to entrepreneurship?

I completed a Mastère Spécialisé Manager Marketing Data & e-commerce at SKEMA Business School. I have always been drawn to entrepreneurship and the idea of making a tangible impact on workplace environments. That’s why I joined RAKK as soon as I graduated. Today, I am part of a fast-growing start-up that champions a balanced and people-focused approach.

What motivated you to break away from the traditional career path and take this risk?

I wanted to create a work environment where performance and well-being are not opposites but complementary. Entrepreneurship allowed me to step out of my comfort zone, build a project aligned with my values, and free myself from the traditional constraints of employment. I realised that you have to take the leap, worry less about others’ opinions, and above all, trust your intuition.

What is your start-up’s mission, and what are its ambitions?

We provide turnkey solutions to equip bespoke fitness spaces, whether for businesses, individuals, or public institutions. Our ambition is to democratise workplace well-being by integrating sports as a lever for performance and engagement. Today, we operate across France and Belgium, with plans to continue our expansion while maintaining a people-centric approach.

In your view, what are the biggest challenges young entrepreneurs face?

The first challenge is daring to take the plunge. Many hesitate due to fear of failure, but the real risk is not trying at all. It’s also crucial to surround yourself with the right people, listen to the right advice, and constantly adapt. Entrepreneurship is all about problem-solving, reinvention, and staying agile.

What advice would you give to young graduates hesitant to take this path?

Don’t look for the perfect career path—there isn’t one. Success has no single route, and what matters most is aligning with your choices. Digital and entrepreneurship are ever-evolving fields; you need to be curious, experiment, learn from failures, and, most importantly, keep moving forward.
