Margherita Pagani among the most-cited authors in the British Journal of Management
Margherita Pagani, professor of artificial intelligence in marketing and Director of the SKEMA Centre for Artificial Intelligence (SCAI), sees one of her recent publications recognised among the ten most-cited papers published in 2024 by the British Journal of Management.
The article, titled The Rise of Human-Machine Collaboration: Managers' Perceptions of Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for Enhanced B2B Service Recovery, examines how managers assess the use of artificial intelligence in service recovery processes within B2B environments. Wiley highlights the paper on the basis of citation data compiled by Clarivate Analytics, placing it among the journal’s most referenced publications of the year.
This distinction adds to Margherita Pagani’s international academic visibility. She was also appointed Co-Editor of the Journal of Management and Governance, an international journal focused on corporate governance, strategic management and organisational regulation.
