OneStop: a single entry point for all student enquiries
From 5 January 2026, SKEMA’s Student Experience Department (DSE) will roll out OneStop, a student enquiry tracking tool designed to replace email-based exchanges. The aim is clear: simplify student procedures and centralise all requests in one place.
OneStop becomes your single portal for all administrative, academic and student life queries.
The aim is to offer a smoother experience and ensure that your requests reach the right service more efficiently. There is no need to look for the right contact or send multiple emails: you submit your request via OneStop, the tool automatically routes it to the appropriate team, and you are kept informed of its progress in real time. By replacing emails, OneStop ensures more reliable handling, stronger traceability and a consistent level of service for all SKEMA students.
