QS Executive MBA Ranking: SKEMA strengthens its international momentum
In an increasingly competitive environment, Executive MBA programmes are assessed based on their tangible impact on careers and their ability to attract high-calibre international profiles. The 2026 QS Executive MBA ranking confirms SKEMA Business School’s momentum: its Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) now ranks 21st in Europe among the 76 programmes evaluated.
SKEMA is thus consolidating its position among leading institutions in the executive education segment, entering the top third of ranked programmes.
Steady progress in a demanding market
With an overall score of 66.9/100, up nearly two points year-on-year, the business school is gaining ground in a ranking where competition continues to intensify, driven by improvements across several key indicators.
Global leadership in career impact and diversity
Beyond its overall position, where the programme ranks 44th worldwide among 215 programmes, two key indicators particularly set SKEMA’s GEMBA apart.
The business school ranks first globally for diversity, a criterion that highlights the breadth of nationalities represented and the proportion of women within cohorts.
This positioning aligns closely with the expectations of international companies, which are increasingly attentive to diversity within their leadership teams. SKEMA also ranks first worldwide for career outcomes.
This result reflects the programme’s effectiveness in concrete terms: salary progression, access to increased responsibilities, and accelerated career trajectories following graduation.
In a market where return on investment has become central for participants, this indicator sends a strong signal. “Our Global Executive MBA is a true accelerator of careers: it delivers immediate impact on participants’ professional value while shaping thoughtful, committed leaders capable of operating and making decisions in complex, fast-changing global environments,” explains Marine Hadengue, Associate Dean, GEMBA programme.
High-level executive profiles
Another notable highlight is the school’s performance in the executive profile criterion. SKEMA ranked fifth in Europe, up four places. This metric is based on key structural indicators: participants’ level of experience, the proportion of senior executives, and the managerial maturity of cohorts. It confirms the programme’s ability to attract experienced professionals, many of whom already hold leadership positions.
A positioning aligned with SKEMA’s strategy
These results are fully in line with SKEMA’s overall development strategy, built on a multi-campus model and a strong emphasis on internationalisation. The GEMBA embodies this ambition: training leaders capable of thriving in complex, multicultural environments undergoing rapid transformation, particularly under the impact of technology and artificial intelligence.
In a highly competitive Executive MBA market where demonstrable outcomes are paramount, SKEMA reaffirms a clear positioning: a programme driven by impact, diversity, and career acceleration, a combination that affirms its continued rise in international rankings.
