Sales Challenge in Belo Horizonte: MSc IMBD students tackle real-world business cases
On 23 and 24 April, SKEMA’s Belo Horizonte campus hosted a new edition of the Sales Challenge, a practical learning experience for students in the MSc International Marketing and Business Development programme.
The challenge invited students to work on real business issues presented by corporate partners. This year, participating companies included DELP Engenharia Mecânica, Icare Brasil, SEBRAE Mina, BIOMINAS, Privacy Point and FUNDEPAR S.A. Working in teams, the students delivered strategic solutions and received direct feedback from company representatives.
The initiative was supervised by professors Plínio Monteiro, Rafael Tunes and Danilo Costa, with remote participation from Peter Spier, who originally created the challenge. They all underlined the importance of the activity as a bridge between academic training and professional reality.
The Sales Challenge reflects SKEMA’s commitment to innovative teaching and the development of globally minded professionals equipped for real business environments.
