The Observatory was created by Prof. Michel Ferrary, Professor of Management at the University of Geneva and Affiliated Professor at SKEMA Business School. Each year, it gives access to numerical data on the reality of companies’ feminisation.

Michel Ferrary’s work is regularly featured in the French (Le Monde, l’Express…) and international media (Financial Times, Washington Post…). He was also a member of the Haut Conseil à l'Égalité entre les Femmes et les Hommes (an independent advisory body to the Prime Minister of France) from 2019 to 2021.
