We actively support our students either to become entrepreneurs (SKEMA Ventures) or to successfully join the consulting job market through services and events organised by the programme's management and by SKEMA's Talent & Careers department.
SKEMA Ventures
After graduation, several of our students have created their own digital companies, taking advantage of the high entrepreneurship environment around the region of Sophia Antipolis and of the strong support provided by SKEMA Ventures.
SKEMA Ventures is the incubator-accelerator created by SKEMA Business School dedicated to impact entrepreneurship and innovation. The director of SKEMA Ventures, Philippe Chereau, is based on the Sophia Antipolis campus and personally supports our programme as lead professor of our strategic management courses.
Programme services and events
Our programme provides the following services and events each semester:
LinkedIn SKEMA Alumni – Business Consulting and Digital Transformation Group: Students join the programme site on LinkedIn by invitation. This LinkedIn Group membership offers current students access to a network of professionals from their chosen industry (over 300 of the programme's alumni), facilitating the exchange of professional content and relevant job opportunities.
Consulting events: Once per semester, four top digital consulting companies are invited to present themselves, specify their recruitment requirements and answer students’ inquiries.
Roundtables: Once per semester, three digital consultants with different experience profiles, present their personal career paths and impressions about the development and current state of the European digital consulting market, giving general career advice to our students.
Talent & Careers services and events
Professional guidance is offered to each of our students by the SKEMA Talent & Careers department as soon as they join the programme. Students will be able to:
Participate in workshops and webinars on topics such as international job search, recruitment interviews, pitching or professional network
Benefit from personalised advice from SKEMA’s career consultants
Access digital partner platforms that facilitate millions of offers, practice tests, business videos, CV templates
Get noticed by recruiters by participating in SKEMA’s corporate events (over 150 events held each year).
