Millésime: We don’t drink, we taste !
Overview
Oenology, spirits, and beerology association based at SKEMA Business School since 2018.
Millésime is a student association of SKEMA Business School located on the Sophia Antipolis campus. The association is responsible for introducing students to the fields of wine, beer, and spirits. To achieve this, Millésime organizes tastings and visits to vineyards and breweries. The association's flagship event is undoubtedly the Millésime Rally. In addition to these events, the association is active on social media, allowing it to provide students with educational and entertaining content on these same themes. The association is comprised of several divisions, each responsible for a different area (oenology division, spirits division, beer division).
Keys events
Millésime offers the discovery of regional products through various events, including our wine and spirits tastings.
Millésime also provides the opportunity to better understand and engage in the craftsmanship of our artisans through cellar visits and an in-depth look at the winemaking and bottling process.
Finally, at the end of the year, Millésime organizes one of its biggest events: an immersive day featuring a vineyard visit, an exploration of the winemaking process in the cellar, a tasting of the estate’s products, and a food and wine pairing experience. (Rallye Milésime)
