Dr. Camille Desjardins is an Assistant Professor of Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at SKEMA Business School. She earned her Ph.D. from Toulouse Capitole University and has previously held positions at the American University of Beirut and the Renmin University of China. Her research focuses on gender and career equality, new ways of working, and organizational justice. Her work has been published in academic journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior and Group & Organization Management. Her latest research examines the gig economy from a gender and care perspectives.
