Batman: Who still wants to be a manager?

A manager is a bit like a superhero: lots of responsibility, lots of stress, and sometimes, very little recognition. Given all this, young talents are saying no. According to several studies, one out of two Gen Z professionals (born between 1997 and 2010) does not want to become a middle manager.
At first glance, this phenomenon is surprising. What used to be the holy grail for older generations no longer inspires the new one. To make sense of it, Kevin Erkeletyan invited the only person capable of stepping into the shoes of three different generations: Adeline Perez (SKEMA 2009)! A content creator (@unamourdechef) on social media known for her “corporate humour,” she is also the author of "Toxic Managers: A User’s Guide".
Based on her experiences, expertise, characters, and the world of Batman, she takes us through the corridors of today’s corporate life. With one guiding question: what if Gen Z has a point?
