Abstract
User-generated content in online communities plays a key role on consumer decisions, particularly in the restaurant industry. In this work we propose a novel topic modelling approach using BERTopic, to evaluate the relevance of the context in customers online reviews on different scenarios: food, staff, atmosphere, situation, and experience.
