Beyoncé: One is not born a leader, but becomes one - Women's empowerment She is the epitome of a great leader. Beyoncé writes her own songs, lends her voice to her battles, and leads a career as a singer, actress and entrepreneur, without putting her personal life with Jay-Z on hold.  But can we call the leadership of the author of "Crazy in Love" and "Single Ladies" "feminine"? Is leadership gendered? Why do we compare Queen B to men and never the other way around? Was Beyoncé a born leader, or did she become one? To find out, Kevin Erkeletyan turned the microphone over to another Wonderwoman, but on the research stage: Stéphanie Chassério, professor and director of the Globalisation Academy at SKEMA Business School.
