Bipolarisation sexuelle des entreprises. Une étude des 50 plus grandes firmes françaises
2013, Management & Avenir, 61(3), pp.70-89
Bipolarisation sexuelle
entreprises
50 plus grandes firmes françaises
Abstract
The analysis of the feminization of the workforce and management of the 50 largest private French firms shows a great heterogeneity. Three social mechanisms interact to explain this: discrimination, educational choices and professional preferences. These mechanisms converge and lead to sexual bipolarization of large companies. This bipolarization is a new challenge for gender equality and HRM.
