Abstract
This case package explores the rise of sustainable financial management and some issues of corporate governance at the French multinational Danone. The short case ‘Implementing the G of ESG at Danone: a governance study’ is focused on corporate governance issues. It shows the governance flaws and agency problems at Danone, and how activist shareholders have acted to fix them.
