Conscious leadership and resilience: orchestrating innovation and fitness for the future
Leadership is about ensuring that people (including yourself) are prepared to be their best, meet challenges, overcome obstacles and reach critical goals. Conscious leadership involves acting from a state of centered presence, accessing multiple intelligences and living your highest values in service of a larger purpose to the benefit of all stakeholders.
This presentation will cover a number of key principles and competences which support the development and application of conscious leadership.
The lecture is open to student and alumni and will be followed by a cocktail.
