The problem of gathering “qualified leads” and forming a strategic vision, designing a new and innovative offer, or an issue involving commercial excellence for an operator in the energy industry - the topics discussed were very real. All the professionals highlighted the professionalism and quality of the work done by the auditors from ESIEA and SKEMA (MS and Executive MS Marketing Data and e-Commerce, Executive MS Project and Programme Management).
“Both the objectives of this second Digital Consulting Week were accomplished: we let the auditors act as consultants on some high-level issues and saw an overall improvement over the course of the week. The discussions between marketing-orientated auditors and IT-orientated auditors provided genuine added value: having the information systems department work and liaise with the marketing department is a strategic challenge for companies. What we are doing is preparing our students for this innovation-friendly approach,” explained Jean-François Detout, director of MS Marketing Data and e-Commerce at SKEMA.
Quentin Pakula, campus manager at Accenture, confirmed: “We were delighted with the discussions and interactions that our coaches had with the ESIEA and SKEMA students throughout the week. We are glad we could offer them a genuine client case and got the opportunity to host those clients when the findings were presented.”
Accenture has shared a video of this experience on Twitter.
The event is scheduled to be held again in 2020.
