The meeting began with a presentation by Emmanuelle Maufrais, director of CFA SACEF, who explained the role played by CFA in trainee-employer relations and highlighted what had been CFA SACEF’s corporate culture since its creation, while recalling that the numerous business sectors concerned offered gateways and opportunities for progress in the careers of trainees.
Jean-Pascal Denis, who is in charge of training at CFA SACEF, set out the broad outlines of the supervision of young people in companies by schools and the CFA, which enables a constant link to be maintained between the company and the school.
Abdellatif El Mamouni, who is in charge of the ESDHEM Bachelor's Degree 3 in Ecological Management as Apprenticeship Training, reviewed the eleven years for which this unique programme has existed, and its triple objective: a university qualification, professional experience and preparation for the competitive entry examinations for the major business schools.
This training programme is ambitious and rigorous but it yields excellent results every year, with a graduation rate of 100% and numerous successful candidates in the entrance examinations for the best business schools. The 56 training managers present all highlighted the quality of our trainees.
