Robert Dilts delivers a talk on leadership at SKEMA Paris

Published on 06 February 2020

Author and coach Robert Dilts was invited by the SKEMA Alumni team to deliver an exceptional talk about leadership on 29 January.

Around 140 participants (alumni, students and professionals) gathered at Espace Saint-Martin in Paris to listen to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) expert Robert Dilts’ talk on leadership, the characteristics of conscious leadership, and how resilience can become a factor of success for entrepreneurs, teams and organisations.

The audience also familiarised themselves with the tools that are essential for personal and professional development.

This is the third talk by Robert Dilts on motivational topics such as careers, collective intelligence, entrepreneurship, innovation and leaderships, etc., organised by SKEMA Alumni. Kate Chemiere (SKEMA 1991), head of managers and executive projects and talent management at Fédération Nationale du Crédit Agricole thanked the school’s alumni network for organising this event.

“For this new year, inviting the esteemed Robert Dilts was a great move by SKEMA Alumni. Accompanied by his invaluable interpreter, his wife Deborah, he shared with us the links between leadership and resilience. It was a wonderful opportunity to benefit from his ‘invisible generosity’, which kept us captivated for over two hours!”

The SKEMA Alumni network is a community of 45,000 alumni present on five continents, in over 140 countries. It is a strong network with a history spanning more than 160 years. It is made up of alumni from the two founding schools (CERAM and ESC Lille) and from the SKEMA classes of 2009 onward. This network grows each year as new graduates from all our campuses and programmes join it.
