The European School of Management and Technology (ESMT Berlin) gave the “Entrepreneurial coaching: Holding conflicting hats” case study the “Best Coaching Case Award” among thirty case studies presented during this conference.
The case study presents the dilemmas encountered by an entrepreneur as their project gradually evolves, and the challenges facing the coach who is supporting them during this development.
