A case study co-signed by Pauline Fatien Diochon, professor at SKEMA (Innovation Academy), was awarded the prize for best case study during the 11th ESMT Berlin Coaching Colloquium international conference on 14 December 2019.

The European School of Management and Technology (ESMT Berlin) gave the “Entrepreneurial coaching: Holding conflicting hats” case study the “Best Coaching Case Award” among thirty case studies presented during this conference.

The case study presents the dilemmas encountered by an entrepreneur as their project gradually evolves, and the challenges facing the coach who is supporting them during this development.

Congratulations to the three co-authors (photo): Pauline Fatien Diochon (SKEMA Business School), Frédéric Martin (Working Capital) and Silja Kotte (University of Kassel, Germany).
