The Brazil campus: EMBA residential week

Published on 21 December 2018

Participants of the Open Executive MBA and Saint Gobain Corporate Executive MBA programmes went to Brazil for a week in November for their residential seminar on: Macro and Micro-Economics & Social Impact.

November 18 to 30, the participants of the Executive MBA accompanied by programme director Anke Middlemann, as well as Daniel Franco Parreiras and Luanda Krause Albuquerque of the Don Cabral Foundation spent a week rich in experiences. Students got to know the city, went on a company visit (Orbi and Coca-Cola for participants of the Open EMBA and the Saint-Gobain branch in Brazil for the Corporate EMBA programme). They also had various local professors and professionals to better understand the economic and cultural markets in Latin America

These seminars were held on the SKEMA campus in Belo Horizonte, and the Foundation's campus in Rio de Janeiro in the first week, and then in São Paulo for the last week.

These seminars fit perfectly into this blended-learning programme which consists of webinars, online courses and face-to-face meetings on our various campuses based in France, China, the United States and Brazil.
