Vesta has created a business model, intellectual property and is ready to launch. However, they have encountered a competitor offering an alternative solution at a lower price. They are at a crossroads on pursuing the current model, expanding their differentiation, or morphing into a new product.
SKEMA Ventures student teams brainstormed possible solutions for this company to resolve its challenges. Students presented their best ideas and discussed them with Mocherla.
Students left the workshop richer from the real-world challenge and Mocherla left with ideas to present to his team.
