Early bird until 18 April 2017
Regular rate from 19 April to 16 May 2017
These fees include the AIM annual registration fee

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Congress materials (congress bag, final programme book, access badge)
• Coffee breaks & working lunches
• Social event (Thursday 18 May)

The registration fee does not include:

  • Lodging (and its booking); as a participant you will be responsible for booking your own accommodation
  • Cancellation /Refund policy

Registration fees will be refunded only if cancellation is received in writing at AIM2017@skema.edu  before 18 April 2017. Written cancellations received before April 18 will be refunded in full. After April 18 no refund will be granted.

Extra guest for the social event:
Registration as a guest for social events will not give access to the AIM conference. In order to attend paper presentations, these guests must sign up and pay registration fees at company rates

Special needs:
Please specify by email if you have any special needs, food allergies etc., or if you require specific assistance or services.

 

Two ways to register to AIM 2017

  • You can register individually and pay online with secure credit card system.
  • You can also register individually, pay by bank transfer by downloading the registration form and return to aim2017@skema.edu.

 

 

Please note that your registration will be confirmed only once we will have received your payment.

Invoice:
Each participant will receive upon arrival at the conference an invoice with relevant elements collected during registration.
